Questions:
a. Compare the earthquakes in the two cities in a table form as follows. Then give title to your table: “A comparison of the earthquakes in Pasco Robles and Bam”.


b. The two earthquakes mentioned above are very similar in nature in terms of magnitude, focal depth and types of movement. Yet the damages are different. Why?

3. Submit this Type A Reading Record together with the Personal Record.

Terms:
Strike-slip movement – This is a tear movement. Two plates are sliding past each other.
LEDCs – This is an abbreviation for “less economically developed countries”.
