Right now I think of the Sichuan earthquake... guess the buildings falling... must have destructed a lot , and right now it should be 'solutions time'.
ReplyDeleteit always takes a long time for recovery, especially the less developed areas. They might lack a strong governance, effective measures and policies to rebuild the affected area.
